Holidays, Extended Leave, Medical Forms
If your child needs to have medication administered to them, a consent form must be filled in and returned to school, along with the medication.
Can you or someone you know help Peel Park Primary School?
Please spare a few minutes to complete our skills audit to tell us about your skills, interests, hobbies and contacts which could help benefit the children of Peel Park Primary School.
Please complete the form and submit, or print and send to the school office for the attention of Mrs. Stephannie Cunliffe, who will collate the results and contact you.
Thank You for your time it is very much appreciated.
