Class 19

Welcome to Class 19

My name is Mr Walsh and I will be your class teacher.

Mrs Howarth, Mrs Ghaus and Miss Parveen are our Teaching Assistants and they will support all the children in class.

Miss Korol will be teaching in Class 19 on Monday afternoon.

PE Days

Our indoor PE day is Wednesday.

Our outdoor PE day is Tuesday.

Children need to come to school in their PE kits.

Homework

Homework will be sent home on a Wednesday and will be expected back in school by the following Wednesday.

Reading

All children are expected to READ TO AN ADULT at least THREE TIMES A WEEK.

This is imperative if we are to help our children build their reading comprehension and reading stamina in general.

We encourage the children to keep up with their reading at home and this will be monitored so that the children can then win their Reading Badges throughout the year.
