Vision & Values

Our Vision

At our school, we believe great education develops both the mind and the character. Through high expectations, strong relationships and rich opportunities, we help children achieve academic excellence while growing into confident, compassionate human beings.

Our Ethos

Rooted in our community and proud of our heritage, we encourage children to take pride in who they are and where they come from. As a large, vibrant and inclusive school community, we celebrate the diversity, energy and opportunities that come from learning alongside others. Despite the size of our school, every child is known, valued and encouraged to fulfil their potential. Through guidance and reflection, we help children develop the courage to take responsibility for their actions, learn from their experiences and make positive choices.

By combining high expectations with care, ambition with humility, and excellence with inclusion, we aim to develop young people who strive for their very best in all they do. We want our children to leave our school as confident learners, responsible citizens and compassionate human beings: proud of who they are, proud of where they come from, and determined to make a positive contribution to the lives of others.

Our Values

Our values of ReadyRespectful and Safe underpin everything we do. We want our children to be ready to embrace opportunity and challenge, respectful of themselves and others, and feel safe within a community where they are valued, supported and able to thrive.
